Karen Fabian

Karen Fabian is the founder of Bare Bones Yoga. She’s an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2002. Her first book, “Stretched: Build Your Yoga Business, Grow Your Teaching Techniques” was published in July, 2014 and is available on Amazon. It is a guide for yoga teachers on the business and teaching aspects of being a yoga teacher. She is also the host and producer of her own TV show on health and wellness called, “Living Well,” on the Boston Neighborhood Network. She’s a regular contributor to several online publications, including MindBodyGreen.com and DoYouYoga.com. She teaches anatomy for yoga teachers in teacher training programs and workshops. Her academic background is in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling and she has her Master’s in Health Care Administration. She teaches classes in Boston as well as children and athletes in training centers.

Rebecca Brenner

For the last 20 years, Rebecca has led popular wellness, yoga and mindfulness classes in Pennsylvania, Washington, New York and Utah. She currently lives in Park City, Utah, working individually with clients and families through her consulting practice, Park City Holistic Health. She is the author of The Kid’s User Guide to a Human Life – a Best Selling wellness series and online community for kids (and inner kids).

Jennifer Reis, E-RYT 500

Jennifer Reis, E-RYT 500, Kripalu Faculty YTT director, Integrative Yoga Therapist and faculty member, Shiatsu therapist and LMT, is the creator of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®. Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation usually practiced laying down.

Kellie Edwards

Kellie Edwards is a psychologist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and the mother of two girls. She runs group workshops and individual coaching sessions integrating mindfulness practices and the psychology of flourishing for parents, leaders and those who want to thrive! She has interviewed world renowned leaders in the field (e.g. Tara Brach, Rick Hanson, Barbara Fredrickson) to create the online self care program for mothers, mindfulness4mothers.com. She writes a blog with Huffington Post, Psych Central and other guest blog spots.
