Are you a morning person? A night owl? Maybe you don’t even know anymore, now that we have the gift/curse of working anywhere, anytime. Listening to some of the expert talks on the Ayurveda Summit this past week, I was reminded of the importance of understanding and honoring my own unique constitution. Your personal constitution has much more to do with just body type, although that is an important aspect, it also includes an understanding of and working with, not against, daily rhythms, seasonal rhythms, as well as the rhythms of the life span.
The interview with Dr. Scott Blossom reminded me of the importance of family rhythms, which include the critical need for parents to make space for themselves, even a few minutes a day, to be able to reunite in family time with a sense of joy, gratitude, and harmony.
Some of the Ayurveda Summit talks are available free of charge until the end of the day. If you are yearning for a life of balance, the Ayurveda Summit can get you started or back on track by helping you to create routines that will help you honor your body type, your family type, and your phase of life.
Today is the “encore” day of the most popular talks. For more information on purchasing the five days of expert interviews, click on the banner ->
We wish you twenty minutes of mindfulness every day!
