The website is free and offers a choice of beautiful nature scenes. The app, which offers a wider variety of guided meditations than the website, sells for $9.99 on Itunes.
If you doubt the effectiveness of very short meditations, try calm.com on line. Choose the 2 minute option, and commit to practicing three times a day for the next week. If you are focusing on a certain aspect of meditation like inner peace or compassion, the Calm app will help you fine-tune these skills.
