Gratitude Challenge – Day Thirty-three: Rainy Days

Rainy days can bring you down, or they can ground you, focus you, help you get back to work.  Next time the weather is “inclement” take a breath and accept the weather for what it is.  In New England we say “if you don’t like the weather, wait a minute.”  I’m grateful for this yankee mindfulness practice.

We wish you twenty minutes of mindfulness every day!
